- All items shown on the website are subject to prior sale.
- We certify that descriptions of our pieces provided to the client on price tags, receipts, and web pages are true and accurate to the best of our knowledge.
- We accept VISA and Mastercard, cashier's checks, money orders, wire transfers, and personal and business checks. We reserve the right to hold merchandise for shipment until funds clear.
- We also offer a layaway plan with an initial payment of one third down. One third of the purchase price is due after thirty days; the final third of the purchase amount is due at the end of sixty days.
- All packing and shipping are at the client's expense.
- We arrange shipping by professionals who fully insure all items. Contact us for a shipping quote.
- Returns on web purchases are accepted for full refund provided French Quarters is notified of the intent to return within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Returns of furniture require authorization by French Quarters. Please contact us prior to an item's return for an Authorization Number.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Full insurance during shipping is required.
